Your
week at the Masters will include a
few hours spectating at the final hole of the famous Amen corner triad
at Augusta National. Not only is the thirteenth among the game's great
par fives, it is probably the most photographed hole at the Masters. The
players face a formidable second shot from a location similar to the one
you see pictured or they must lay up short of Raes Creek and hope to get
up a down for a birdie. At the Masters in 1994, TeamGolf's own Jeff Maggert
holed a 222 yard 3-iron to become the third player in Masters history
to score a double eagle and the first ever at the thirteenth.
